Serve either hot or cold  
Place 3 heaped teaspoons (17g) of powder in a cup or glass. Add 140ml of hot water or 120ml of cold water + 23 ice cubes and stir well. 
It can also be used for confectionery or as topping for other dishes like yogurt, shaved ice, pancakes, etc.
