S&B Rayu is a Japanese condiment made with natural ingredients including red chili pepper, spices and paprika. It is used to add flavour to your favourite Japanese dishes such as gyoza dumplings, ramen or soups, and can also be used as cooking ingredient to enhance the flavor of dishes. It can also be used for Chinese dishes, such as dim-sum sauce, or Chinese dressing, in addition to a topping for sushi rolls or seasoning for fried meat and vegetables.
